Tempo is a Norwegian Music Centre working with and for musicians, artist, songwriters and producers as well as promoters, labels, publishers, agents and managers in Mid-Norway. In short, Tempo aims to strengthen the music industry in Mid-Norway. 

This is done thorugh seminars and workshops, consulting and distribution of information about the music industry. Throughout the year Tempo organize more than 40 one-day seminars and spends more than 100 hours in one-to-one meetings consulting people in the music industry. In addition to this Tempo is behind several large-scale projects; most importantly Trondheim Song:Expo and the Trondheim Calling Conference. Trondheim Calling is one of Norway’s most important show case festivals and conferences. In 2020 more than 1100 people from the Norwegian music industry partook in the 3-day conference.
