Ethical guidelines

We at Trondheim Song:Expo want an equal, diverse, and safe cultural life. We want to have broad representation in all our activities, we are aware of our role and want to be a safe conversation partner.

All our camps should be safe meeting places for everyone, and for you who participate, we have developed some ethical guidelines:

1.     Be aware of your role, position, and status.

2.     Avoid stepping over other people’s boundaries. Be aware that people have different boundaries, and that jokes, humor and compliments can be perceived differently.

3.     Unwanted attention, touching or spreading of infringing material shall not occur at our camps.

4.     Show respect for the identity and privacy of others.

5.     Notify the staff if you experience or see sexual harassment, discrimination, or other unwanted behavior.

If you experience behavior that violates our ethical guidelines in connection with our activity, or wish to notify on behalf of others, you are free to choose which of the following to contact:

General manager of Tempo, Per Jørgen Pedersen – perjorgen@tmpo.no

Chairwoman of the Board of Tempo, Therese Østby Haugen – therese@tmpo.no

Deviances can also be reported by name or anonymously here.

All inquiries are taken seriously and investigated with the promise of confidentiality.
